By purchasing, accepting and using your ANNAVEGRO e-Gift Card (“e-Gift Card”), you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
Additional terms and conditions may apply to purchases of merchandise made by the Customer using the e-Gift Card, please read the below our terms and conditions.

ANNAVEGRO e-Gift Cards are issued and operated by ANNAVEGRO.

ANNAVEGRO reserve the right, at any time without notice, to: (a) alter or amend the conditions of operation of the e-Gift Cards scheme; (b) decline to issue e-Gift Cards; and (c) withdraw or cancel e-Gift Cards for reasons including but are not limited to (1) any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme, or (2) any use or attempted use of a e-Gift card in a manner which is contrary to these terms and conditions, or (3) any reasonable suspicion of fraud or tampering of e-Gift Cards; (d) terminate the ANNAVEGRO e-Gift Cards.

ANNAVEGRO e-Gift Cards may only be redeemed at ANNAVEGRO online store. 

- e-Gift Cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase, any unused balance on e-Gift Card cannot be refunded.

- e-Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.

ANNAVEGRO e- Gift Cards are non refundable. If an order is made using a e-Gift Card item(s) will be refunded via store voucher only.
