MY ORDER
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER (INTERNATIONAL)?
Yes.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation email with tracking number. To track your order, please enter it on the DHL courier website.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, not. Once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be canceled or modified. To purchase additional item(s) the Customer must place a new order. To return any items, please refer to our Return Policy
HOW CAN I REACH AV CUSTOMER CARE?

HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?
If you need help to choose the right size, please contact our Customer Care, where our advisers will be pleased to assist you.
SHIPPING | DELIVERY
UAE ORDERS, HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
The items will be delivered as soon as payment for your order has been registered, within 1-3 working days.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS & DUTIES?
The Customer is responsible for customs & duties, handling fees and/or other applicable charges specific to the destination country in order to receive your items.
These additional fees cannot be collected or controlled in any way by ANNAVEGRO.
RETURNS
CAN I RETURN FOR FREE?
Unfortunately, you can't. For more information, please visit our Return Policy
CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS?
Currently we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please refer to our Return Policy.
RECEIVED FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM?
If the item(s) received by the Customer is faulty, please contact ANNAVEGRO Customer Care team. The Customer will have to provide proof of defects to be reviewed by ANNAVEGRO who will make the final decision as to whether the item is defective or not.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
When the Customer return has been received, we will process it as soon as possible. Once the return is completed, the refund can take up to 14 days to be processed. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for your initial purchase.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
ANNAVEGRO accept returns on purchases, providing the request is made within 14 days of receiving the package and meets our Return Policy
PAYMENT
CAN I PAY CASH UPON DELIVERY?
Yes.
The payment option cash upon delivery is applicable within UAE only and should be paid by the Customer in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) only.
