ARTICLE 1 - RETURNING CONDITION & TIME FRAME 
The Customer is welcome to return the item(s) back within 14 days of receiving it. The return of delivered items must be carried out by the Customer in their original full packaging. Items not returned or returned incomplete, ruined, damaged, degraded, soiled or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that they have been used or worn will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the Customer.

ARTICLE 2 - BE AWARE
The customer may only return the item(s) by contacting Customer Service click here. Items send back to ANNAVEGRO without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be returned to the Customer. If the Customer return is accepted, ANNAVEGRO will send a return shipping label. Additional cost paid by the Customer related to the choice of a specific delivery method or international shipping, taxes and/or duties will not be reimbursed. Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

ARTICLE 3 - SALE ITEMS
Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale cannot be returned. If Customer is returned the item(s) despite this policy, items will be sent back to Customer at an additional charge.

ARTICLE 4 - FAULTY ITEMS
If the item(s) received by the Customer is faulty, please contact ANNAVEGRO Customer Care team. The Customer will have to provide proof of defects to be reviewed by ANNAVEGRO who will make the final decision as to whether the item is defective or not. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, failure to use in accordance with care instructions or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

ARTICLE 5 - DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that ANNAVEGRO can evaluate the issue and make it right.

ARTICLE 6 - EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

ARTICLE 7 - REFUNDS
ANNAVEGRO will notify the Customer once return is received and inspected. ANNAVEGRO will notify the Customer if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund of the price of the returned item(s) will be made on the means of payment used to pay for the order. Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed. Customer will receive the refund confirmation via email once the refund has been completed. 

ARTICLE 7.1 - REFUNDS (UAE ORDER)
UAE cash on delivery orders are return for the credit voucher only valid for one year and usable in ANNAVEGRO online store only.

ARTICLE 8 - EXCHANGE
The Customer may only exchange the item by contacting Customer Service click here.

If the Customer would like to exchange the received item(s), the Customer may return the item(s) under the conditions referred to Article 1 above (time frame, exchange conditions) and Article 2 (shipping/delivery fee). The refund of the price of the returned items may be made in the form of the credit voucher valid for one year and usable only in ANNAVEGRO online store.

ARTICLE 8.2 - EXCHANGE (INTERNATIONAL ORDER)
If the Customer would like to exchange the received item(s), the Customer may return the item(s) under the conditions referred to Article 1 above (time frame, exchange conditions) and Article 2 (additional shipping/delivery fee), and place a new order.
