Once payment of the amount due under the order has been registered, the items will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer during the ordering process. The customer undertake to have communicated the correct delivery address to ANNAVEGRO. Please note that once the Customer order is on it's way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME (UAE)
After you have validated your order, it will be prepared within 24-48 hours, delivery timeframes are in addition to our processing times. Orders will be delivered between 9am - 6pm Monday to Saturday. Please note that the delivery dates are approximate and we cannot promise a specific date for delivery. 

DELIVERY FEES (UAE)
Delivery charges within United Arab Emirates are covered by ANNAVEGRO unless we notify you otherwise. 

DELIVERY FEES (COD/UAE)
Cash on delivery (COD) charges within United Arab Emirates are covered by Customer in amount of AED 30 unless we notify you otherwise.

Shipments are handled by DHL for all ANNAVEGRO international orders. Shipping time and rates calculated at checkout. Please note that the delivery dates are approximate, all orders are process automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times. We are unable to warn you in advance as to whether a delivery may be delayed due to customs or busy periods. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all ANNAVEGRO orders.
